Most of us associated rivers with summer – taking a refreshing dip in a cool steam, wading through ice-cold water of a shallow creek looking for crayfish while the summer sun feels hot on your back… Few people would think of visiting a river in winter. However, there is so much beauty to be discovered in a snowy river landscape  – photographer Alan Grubelić shows us what we miss out on in this photo album.
